7kbt Platform Terms and Conditions of Use for Bettors

To create an account and use the services of 7kbt, the user must fully meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in gambling or Sports Betting.
• Not have been previously banned or excluded from the platform 7kbt for violation of these Terms.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number.

Only one account is permitted one registration per CPF. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, even with different email addresses, is considered a serious violation of these Terms and is subject to the immediate suspension of all accounts involved and the withholding of any pending balances pending investigation.

The 7kbt reserves the right to request identity documents (government-issued ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access.

The user agrees to use the platform 7kbt exclusively for personal and entertainment purposes, in compliance with applicable Brazilian law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use the platform for commercial purposes, such as account reselling, systematic odds arbitrage, or trading activities that directly harm the 7kbt.
• Attempting to manipulate event outcomes, influence odds through unauthorized means, or collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use bots, automated scripts, assistance software, or any technological tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Accessing another user's account without authorization or sharing login credentials with third parties.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other purpose prohibited under Brazilian law.

The 7kbt monitors user behavior in real time and may close accounts, withhold withdrawals, and notify the relevant authorities if suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice.

Deposits at 7kbt are processed exclusively in BRL (R$). The available deposit methods are:

• Pix — Credited instantly, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. No fees.
• Boleto bancário — Processed within 1 business day after payment. Available at any bank or lottery outlet.
• Credit/debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. Credited within up to 15 minutes after approval. May be subject to anti-fraud review.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Processed instantly via direct integration with digital wallets.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum deposit limit, though additional verification may apply for large amounts. In cases of closure due to a violation, the 7kbt is not obligated to return balances resulting from irregular activity. Balances deposited in good faith and unrelated to the violation may be returned after review, at the platform's discretion.

The 7kbt is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user. Betting involves risk, and the user acknowledges that they may lose part or all of the amounts wagered.

The 7kbt is also not liable for:

• Temporary platform outages due to scheduled maintenance or technical failures beyond the company's control.
• Losses resulting from the user's use of insecure devices or internet connections.
• Actions by third parties who access the user's account due to the user's own negligence in protecting their credentials.
